1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of devportfolio.dev and any freelance services provided by The Loop Breaker (individual freelancer, Tbilisi, Georgia). By using this site or hiring services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The Loop Breaker provides freelance software development services including web development, SaaS platforms, bots, AI integrations, ERP/CRM systems, and technical consulting. All scopes, deliverables, timelines, and prices are agreed individually before work begins.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Price estimates from the website calculator are approximate and for reference only. The final price is confirmed after a detailed discussion. A written agreement or invoice is issued before work starts.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (30–50%) is required before work begins on larger projects.
  • Final payment is due upon project delivery and acceptance.
  • Accepted via bank transfer, crypto, or other agreed methods.
  • Late payments may result in work suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code written for their project. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses. The Loop Breaker retains the right to reference the project in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business information shared during a project is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. A separate NDA can be signed upon request.

7. Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Significant scope changes after development has started may require a revised quote and timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Loop Breaker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. The client is responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through Georgian courts.
