- Final payment is due upon project delivery and acceptance.
- Accepted via bank transfer, crypto, or other agreed methods.
- Late payments may result in work suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code written for their project. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses. The Loop Breaker retains the right to reference the project in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Any sensitive business information shared during a project is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. A separate NDA can be signed upon request.
