About This Project
Many businesses run on systems built 5–15 years ago — custom PHP apps, old CRM/ERP installs, poorly structured databases, zero security practices, and no documentation. I specialize in taking these systems apart, understanding what they do, fixing the critical issues, and making them maintainable again. The process: full code audit (security vulnerabilities, SQL injection, XSS, outdated dependencies), database analysis (missing indexes, slow queries, schema problems), performance profiling, and a written modernization roadmap. From there I can refactor the codebase incrementally, migrate to a modern stack, containerize with Docker, add proper error handling, logging, and automated tests. Works with any legacy stack — old PHP, classic ASP, Java, .NET, Python 2, whatever you have.
